Refund Policy

Eligibility
Refunds are available only if requested within 7 days after the program’s start date, provided the mentee has not attended more than one session.
Non-refundable Fees
Payments are non-refundable if a mentee completes more than one session or fails to attend without notice. Refunds for partial completion of the program are not available.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Amendments
Cosmosooly reserves the right to update the Refund Policy.
